Welcome to the Emilia TLV Website

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and all other policies, conditions, rules or procedures published on the Site. These Terms and conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

The use of masculine pronouns in these conditions is purely for convenience and all conditions are intended to include both male and female users.

Check in and Check out

Check in time is from 15:00 PM

Check out time is at 11:00 AM

• Early check in or late check out are subject to Emilia TLV’s approval and might entail an additional charge.

Our opening hours are as follow:

Sunday – Thursday: 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM, Friday: 09:00 AM – 16:00 PM.

We are doing our best to welcome all our guests regardless of their arrival time, yet, In case of arrival outside of opening hours, you can self-check in quickly and at any time.

Please notify Emilia TLV your estimated arrival time.

Cancellation Policy

Emilia TLV offers guests the choice between two cancellation policies when booking an apartment.

Moderate: Guests receive a full refund upon cancellation more than 7 days prior to the check-in date. In the case of cancellations or changes in booking within 7 days of the check-in date, no full or partial refund will be granted. Payment will be made at arrival day.

Non-Refundable: No refund will be granted upon cancellation, regardless of the time of cancellation. When making a booking within 7 days of the check-in date, this is the only policy available.

In case of a No-show situation (guest does not arrive until end of original reservation arrival day 00:00) reservation will be cancelled with no option of a refund or change of dates.
In order to arrive after original arrival day and keep partial reservation please notify Emilia TLV in advance for the requested change. Lost days from reservation will not be refunded or credit the guest in a change of dates.

All reservations are personal and cannot be relocated to other guests for all policies.

Payment

In order to book a reservation, the customer will need to provide security deposit in the amount of 1,000ILS.

Full payment will be made between 7 days before check in and the day of check in accorsing to the guests reservation policy

Prices are displayed in Israeli Shekels or foreign currency and include VAT as required by Israeli law. The payment will be calculated and made in Israeli Shekels according to the Hotel’s currency exchange rate at the time of the actual payment.

House rules 

The Customer making a reservation will be liable for the correct and decent behavior of all persons accompanying him.

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and/or the building area. Smoking is permitted Only outside on the balcony with closed doors.
• Unregistered guests are not allowed in the apartment without specific consent from Emilia TLV
• It is not allowed to light a fire in the apartment and/or building area.
•  and/or any other animal to the apartment and/or the area unless receiving prior written consent from Emilia TLV.
• it is not allowed to bring any drugs, weapons, flammable materials and/or any other thing which may be considered dangerous to any person, property and/or the environment.
• This is a residential neighborhood and there are families with children living in this building. Kindly remain quiet inside the apartment and outside on the balcony every day between 14:00-16:00 and between 23:00-07:00.
• The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. It is not allowed to use the apartment for any commercial activities, parties, gambling and/or any type of illegal activity.
• In the event the customer and/or any persons associated with the customer will not vacate the apartment after the term of their stay, the Customer will be charged 1,500 ILS for each additional night. 

Damages

The costumer agrees to preserve the apartment and its facilities and not to cause any damage intentionally and/or through negligence to the apartment and its facilities.
The costumer confirms that in the event of any damage, his abovementioned credit card may be charged for the full amount of the damage.

Damages deposit of 1,000 ILS will be taken from the guest’s credit card and will be released after Check-out when the apartment is intact.

In case any case of damages to the apartment, the customer shall immediately notify Emilia TLV.

These Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel only. The sole venue of jurisdiction in regarding to any matter related to these Conditions and the use of the site is the authorized law courts in the Tel Aviv District.

Change of Terms and conditions

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website Any new features or tools which are added to the current website shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
